Shipping policy

Corona Virus Announcement:

The good news is that we are open for business and making some changes to how we can operate to focus on the safety of our employees and all of our customers. We have implemented extra steps for sanitization of the facility and hygiene practices include social distancing protocols, frequent hand washing, medical grade non-latex gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer stations, and more are all strictly in use.

Note: All shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19 nationwide. We greatly appreciate your patience as unforeseen delays may occur. We recommend waiting patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local USPS/UPS for updates in regards to regular mailing services.

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on Orders Above $60

Free Shipping option will be available whenever the final cart price is above $60 after coupon code or any special discounts. You must select Free Shipping during checkout to be eligible.

For orders under $60, or if the customer opts for preferable USPS priority / UPS ground, shipping and handling fees will be calculated at the check-out page.

Theft Prevention

To prevent porch pirates from pilfering your purchases, a signature confirmation option will be added to an order value over $200 for free. Signature confirmation may mean limitations on delivery windows or a slight delivery delay, but it is well worth preventing your package from being stolen. Should you not need signature confirmation, please leave a note on an order page.

  

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible with processing priority to customers with paid shipping. After the processing period, a tracking email will automatically be sent to the email on the order to showcase that the package is ready for shipment and sent to USPS/UPS for shipping deliveries. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery times. 

We process orders from 10:00 AM EST ~ 6 PM EST on weekdays. We do not process orders on weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays.

Orders received by 10 AM ET on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders made after 10 AM ET will ship the following business day. For orders placed on the weekend, allow one business day for processing.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most states in the United States and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses). For armed forces, please select APO/FPO addresses for the correct shipping method.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the 'my account' page.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sorting facility, transit locations. or your local post office. There are no updates in between and all delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

USPS & UPS offer speedy and reliable service, but they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package. Unfortunately, these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by the shipping carrier.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Lil'Thingamajigs, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. 

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Lil'Thingamajigs is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect addresses submitted by the user.

Product Return:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 100 Executive Dr Unit #1 Sterling VA 20166, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
