Expert Review

This kit is the 1/144 Option Parts Gunpla 18 (Build Booster Set). It's a Build Custom released in 2013 HGBF Build Booster and HGBF Build Booster Mk-II simply repackaged together. So most of this review is the same as before — except for the added application shots, so keep that in mind.

Both kits were originally backpack options included with separate HG Build Fighters kits, designed to be mounted on a variety of HG kits. A range of joint parts are included, so you can try them out on most standard-sized HG kits.

So there you have it — a versatile accessory kit that works with all kinds of HG kits. Even if you don't attach it to any Gunpla, it's not a bad-looking display piece on its own either. Either way, if the style appeals to you, it's a fun little option parts kit worth picking up without much hesitation. :-)
