Expert Review

The 14th HG kit in the "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX" line has arrived — Challia's Rick Dom (GQ). HG Gaia's/Ortega's Rick Dom (GQ)recolored in Challia's colors. There are no new parts whatsoever — it's a straight-up color variant kit.

So all the structural features and accessories are identical to the original, and it still shows off solid joint strength and great overall sculpting. The joints are still a touch stiff, but that's honestly better than having them loose. The signature tripod and electromagnetic Hakken gimmicks are all here too, so for this review you really just need to pay attention to how the new color scheme looks.

Sure, it's just a color variant at the end of the day, but it brings a distinctly different look and the same reliable quality. If the style appeals to you, this is definitely an HG worth building. :-)
