Gundam Barbatos appears from the new dimension SD high-end brand "MGSD" that integrates MG technology into the frame of SD Gundam!
Overall height about 115mm. The "Gundam Frame", which is a feature of Gundam Barbatos, is realized in SD scale.
The head and neck can be moved on 4 axes, allowing for effects such as pulling the chin and pointing upwards.
By providing a movable axis inside the fuselage, it is possible to swing left and right and tilt forward and backward in a wide range of motion. In conjunction with the movement of the chest, the left and right cylinders on the flanks can be expanded and contracted.
A swing mechanism is adopted for the shoulder joint to enhance the range of motion of the arm. The elbow cylinder follows the movement of the arm and moves interlockingly.
Equipped with an MGSD original gimmick that deploys the central armor when the lower part of the shoulder armor is pulled out.
Knee armor can be moved in conjunction with the movement of bending the leg. The armor behind the knees can be moved individually and does not interfere with the movement of the legs.
Twin eyes are expressed with a double structure that overlaps detailed internal parts and clear parts.
For the chest, knees, and shoulders, MGSD's original arrangement uses clear parts that have undergone precision-shaped processing to efficiently reflect light.
Gloss Injection Uses "Real Metallic Gloss Injection", a material that enhances the metallic luster. It enhances the metallic feel of the details.
A sword, 300mm smoothbore cannon, and mace can be mounted on the backpack. The 300mm smoothbore gun can be transformed into a stored state by pulling out the barrel and rotating it 180 degrees.
Equipped with MGSD's original gimmick, where the tip of the mace extends when the handle is pushed in, and the four blades are interlocked to expand.

Expert Review
Following Shining, Dragon, and Maxter, God Gundam has now joined the SD G Generation Zero lineup. The overall kit composition and quality are very similar to Shining Gundam. Like its predecessors, this is a repackage of BB Senshi No. 138 G Gundam from 1994, with the Crystal Phoenix Lander dropped and the Sekiha Tenkyoken arm added in its place.
Just as the Shining Gundam included all the gimmicks for the Super Mode transformation, the SD God Gundam supports recreation of the Sekiha Tenkyoken action, including the chest Energy Multiplier opening. They're all swap-out rather than movable parts, but it's still great that even a kit this small lets you recreate the most iconic moments. And thanks to that, you can now pull off a combined Shining Finger + Sekiha Tenkyoken action pose together with the previous Shining Gundam kit. :-)
That said, the heavy use of seals does make it feel a bit more mismatched than Shining Gundam, and the overall proportions come across as a little top-heavy... so if I had to pick, Shining Gundam edges it out slightly. Still, as the main mech of G Gundam, it's a fun kit to build alongside Shining Gundam. :-)
